MonsterDialer Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how MonsterDialer (“we”, “us”, or “the app”) handles information when you use the MonsterDialer Android application and related services.

Information we process

Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication

Google Sign-In is optional. If you use it, Firebase Authentication processes your Firebase user ID and the account information made available by Google, such as your email address and display name. This account is used to sign in and manage your MonsterDialer online profile.

Online profile data

If you publish an online profile, we store the profile identifier, trainer and monster names, levels and attributes, artwork or sprite files that you choose to upload, file metadata, ownership information, and creation or update timestamps. Public profile data can be accessed by people who have the profile link.

Contacts, calls, and device permissions

With your permission, MonsterDialer reads contacts and call-related information needed to function as a dialer, show contacts, identify incoming calls, and write call history. This information is processed on your device for these features and is not uploaded by MonsterDialer to our Firebase backend.

Analytics and crash reports

We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand basic feature usage and diagnose crashes. These services may process app events, coarse app state, diagnostic information, device or installation identifiers, and technical information such as the app version and operating system. Our product events are designed not to include phone numbers, contact names, or uploaded artwork identifiers.

How we use information

Service providers

We use Google Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics. These services process information on our behalf according to their applicable terms and privacy documentation. We do not sell personal information and we do not use the app for targeted advertising.

Retention and deletion

We retain Firebase Authentication and online profile data while your account or published profile is active, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes. Analytics and crash-report retention is managed according to the configuration and retention controls of the relevant Firebase services. Data stored only on your device remains there until you delete it, clear the app’s storage, or uninstall the app.

You can request deletion of your MonsterDialer account and associated Firebase and online profile data at monsterdialer.web.app/account-deletion/. We process verified requests within 30 days, subject to information that must be retained by law or for legitimate security purposes.

Your choices

Children

MonsterDialer is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app or its data practices change. The updated version will be published on this page with a new revision date.
